The expanding of the mimacom group is proceeding forwards and after the successful opening of new offices in south Europe region (Spain), west Europe region (Germany) and business office in central Europe (Austria) mimacom now has started its expansion to Eastern Europe with a new office in Slovakia. The Slovakian office was grounded in the middle of January and is located in the Slovak capital Bratislava. It is directed by Jan Gregor, an experienced Portal Expert. (TZ)
In 2009 mimacom started its international expanding by the grounding of mimacom ibérica sl. In the following year, mimacom Germany was founded and later mimacom Austria. These companies provide the mimacom group a good access to the Western European market.
The grounding of mimacom Slovensko is a first step of mimacom group by expanding to central and Eastern Europe. Together with the business office in Vienna located in Austria, mimacom is targeting now also on Slovakian and Austrian market and has recently started first projects in Austria (i.e. ERGO Versicherungen). The primary goal of the new opened office in Bratislava together with the business office in Vienna is acquisition of these markets and providing of the complete mimacom path services to these regions. The secondary goal of the Slovakian Office is establishment of a so called Liferay Competence Centre for the mimacom group, which will provide professional services and expertise in Portal Technology for the whole mimacom group.
mimacom Slovensko is directed by Jan Gregor as CEO. He grew up in Slovakia and is a long-standing employee of the mimacom group. Furthermore Jan Gregor has wide experience in portal development respectively Liferay.
