Motorola Mobility Announces Retail Agreements in Europe for Motorola XOOM

Mobile World Congress 2011 – Feb. 17, 2011 — Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) today announced The Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy and Dixons Retail Plc. (Currys and PC World) in the U.K. as well as Deutsche Telekom A.G. in selected markets will be introducing Motorola XOOM. Motorola XOOM runs on Google’s Android 3.0 Honeycomb – the Android operating system designed specifically for tablets.

Motorola Mobility Announces Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2010 Financial Results

Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) today reported net revenues of $3.4 billion in the fourth quarter of 2010, up 21 percent from the fourth quarter of 2009. The GAAP earnings in the fourth quarter of 2010 were $80 million, or $0.27 per share, compared to a loss of $204 million, or $0.69 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2009. On a non-GAAP basis, earnings in the fourth quarter of 2010 were $108 million, or $0.37 per share, compared to a loss of $70 million, or $0.24 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2009.
