PRAGUE, April 11, 2016- The new Mobility Spending Guide published by International Data Corporation (IDC) predicts that mobility spending in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) will reach $82.5 billion in 2019, accounting for 15.3% of mobility spending in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
